DETAILS
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in SYDNEY, NSW, AU.
Orders placed before 10:00 am AEST (Monday to Friday) are dispatched on the same day, and in peak seasons, over an additional 2-3 business days.
Orders placed after 10:00 am AEST (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the following business day, and in peak seasons, over an additional 2-3 business days.
Once your order is received, Muma will notify you by email, and provide tracking information when your order is dispatched. For a more specific ETA in domestic locations, we recommend using the Aus Post Calculator.

Australia Post are recommending all items are lodged by the following dates for delivery within Australia by Christmas:
* Parcel Post: 16 December* (excludes WA & NT)
* Express Post: 18 December* (excludes WA & NT)
Fedex and Direct Freight are recommending all items are lodged by the following dates for delivery within Australia by Christmas:
* 16 December for NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD, SA
* 15 December for WA, NT
PROCESSING TIME
Please allow 1-2 days for our team to pick and pack you order. Shipping timeframes are in addition to our processing times.
Orders will be delivered between 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday. Please ensure that someone is available at your delivery address as a signature will be requested upon delivery. If an authorised person is not able to sign for your delivery the driver will leave a card and the delivery will be returned to the nearest collection centre for you to collect.
Please note that once your order is on its way, we are unable to change the shipping address.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, your order can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
You can track your order using the tracking code noted in your shipping confirmation email or from your online MUMA WORLD account. If you do not receive your tracking details, please contact our team directly at hello@muma.world.DUTIES & TAXES
International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or Customs charges. All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. Muma World is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
CHANGING / CANCELLING YOUR ORDER
We unfortunately cannot make any changes or cancel your order after it has left Muma World. We pack and ship orders daily so cannot guarantee your requests can be made.
GIFT MESSAGING
Please add a note to your cart should you want a Gift Note enclosed in your order.
OUT OF STOCK / PRE-ORDER
For orders that contain an in-stock item/s your order will be shipped separately so you receive your in-stock item/s straight away. No additional postage charged will be incurred in these circumstances.
