The Sapphire Burnout Zhou Maxi Dress is one of the more technically considered pieces in the collection, a long-sleeve maxi silhouette that earns its warmth through construction rather than weight. A high neckline and asymmetric draped bodice with cut-out detail give the design an editorial quality that reads differently from every angle. A soft pleated waistband transitions into a full-length skirt with a gentle flare and a thigh-high split, keeping the silhouette light despite the coverage above. Finished with a covered button closure at the centre back neck and an invisible zip at the side seam, dressed in a custom burnout fabric design, devoré-etched rather than printed.
